At the start of his career, Ryan worked alongside Steve Hagerty of Detect a Pet, one of the nation’s leading dog trappers. In addition, both Ryan and Sandy collaborated with Find Toby of Pennsylvania to track and reunite countless lost pets across the region.
Ryan’s commitment to precision and individualized techniques drives the success of Mason Dixon K9. His focus ensures every dog receives tailored training, with staff and trainers applying the same meticulous care to each canine companion. This hands-on, hard-working approach is evident in every success story, graduate, and staff member at Mason Dixon K9.
Beyond his work at Mason Dixon K9, Ryan serves on several boards, including the Mid-Atlantic German Shepherd Rescue (MAGSR), where his efforts contribute to countless successful adoptions. When not advancing canine care, Ryan enjoys farm life with his family, surrounded by an array of animals, including sheep, pigs, chickens, cats, Guinea pigs and lots of dogs.
